This week’s habit is a tough one, but it’s one we always go to when we’re trying to live healthier, cleaner — eh hem, happier lives.
This week’s challenge is to CUT A HABIT… and it is a challenge.
I’ve added some ideas of habits to cut:
- Staying Up Late
- Eating Sugar
- Eating Processed Food
- Eating Fast Food
- Pressing the Snooze Button
- Snacks from the vending Machine
- Drinking alcohol
- Drinking soda
- Social media
Don’t worry, it’s just 7 DAYS.
For some of these habits, seven days may feel like an eternity.
When I’m trying to establish a new habit, I usually ask myself “Can I do this for just one day?”
Yes.
Yes, is the answer. You can do just about anything for only ONE DAY.
And here’s the trick – once you do it once, you can do it again. You did it twice, you can definitly do it a third day.
