Randy A. Said, “It’s not selfish. Really, in today’s world, it’s essential.”

It’s so true, like I said a couple episodes ago – there is so much chaos.

When we avoid connecting with ourselves we can get out of alignment. Being out of alignment can feel like what a lot of us are dealing with in this world right now – chaos.

I’ve told you I’ve lived in chaos for years. Running from 2 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day. I would say, “I’m living on adrenaline and caffeine.”

I started to make changes in my life and prioritize what needed to happen in the day. I had all these balls I was juggling, but with a renewed sense of what mattered most I was able to put some of those balls aside, or have grace for myself when some of the balls started falling to the floor.

So one – get in alignment. Who are you? What is your purpose? What are you doing when you are the happiest and most fulfilled?
